I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 4-7 days for processing before your order ships out.
Average shipping time is 10-25 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 4-7 days after your order has been SHIPPED.
I DON'T LOVE MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?
Returns are accepted only If the product is DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product as well as a photo of the package label.
We will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way to you, you must wait for it to arrive, and return it before receiving a refund. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are welcome to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL"
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
No refunds will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time after your order has been processed is 10-25 business days.
All orders coming from our US warehouse will arrive in 7-10 business days.
AFTER TRACKING HAS BEEN PROVIDED?
Once your order receives tracking it is up to the tracking company to finish the delivery. Please follow the tracking number for any further updates on your order!
